Codex Sinaiticus (Skammstafað א (Tischendorf), 01 (Gregory) eða δ2 (Von Soden)) er eitt af þremur elstu handritum sem til eru af biblíunni.Upphaflega hafa bæði Gamla og Nýja testamentið verið í handritinu, en nú vantar um það bil helminginn af Gamla testamentinu.
